The Highweigh steel weighbridge stands as an industry-leading weighing system, proven through over 30 years of production and reliable service since its original design. With more than 2,000 installations worldwide, it represents one of the most durable truck scales available today. Engineered as a heavy-duty weighbridge using a robust beam design, the HighWeigh is fabricated to the highest standards under stringent quality control and factory testing. All structural joints are fully welded, meticulously sealing the internal framework from external elements, while a tough 3-coat epoxy system protects the exterior. Designed for versatility, it functions effectively as both a static scale and a portable weighbridge when used with our optional steel sub-bases. The HighWeigh offers flexible installation options, suitable for both pit mounted weighbridge and surface mounted weighbridge configurations.

Featuring a 10mm thick, skid-resistant deck plate, the Highweigh ensures safe vehicle weighing operations and withstands heavy use, effectively eliminating common wear problems associated with lesser deck designs. A special interlocking system ensures precise positioning of the deck modules. For maximum protection against ingress, the decks are fully sealed both above and beneath, yet feature removable access plates for straightforward load cell inspection and maintenance.
Load cell integrity is paramount. All load cell bearing plates incorporate triple-pass welding for maximum structural strength. The high-quality load cells themselves are securely mounted beneath protective access covers, simplifying inspection procedures. Furthermore, all load cell cables are routed within durable steel conduits, safeguarding them from potential damage and ensuring long-term reliable performance for your industrial scales.
